Logistics Admin Coordinator

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer on quotation, availability and delivery enquiries
  • Manage day to day operation of logistics and warehouse for import and export
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing shipments and custom clearance
  • Stock ordering and shipment processing
  • Coordinate with sales and service team on delivery to customers
  • Liaise with freight forwarder/ground transportation to arrange for import/delivery to ensure orders are picked up/delivered as per schedule
  • Provide updates to customers with regards to shipment status
  • Timely submission of monthly reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects such as filing, documentations

Education and Experience

  • Degree/Diploma holder
  • 2-3 years experience in shipping and custom clearance

Skills and Abilities

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English

Travel Required

  • Ad-hoc only
