International Sales Support Representative

  • Collaborate with International Sales Staff and Marketing on any administrative or customer related projects needed.
  • Process and communicate sample requests and customer quotes
  • Responsible for processing all catalog requests in conjunction with the Advertising and Customer Service Departments (requests via web-site, fax, mail, etc.).
  • Timely follow-up to customer questions
  • Process and follow-up on Internal Company orders
  • Assist with tradeshow scheduling, coordination, setup and inventory.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers and sales staff
  • Enter orders to support the Customer Service Department, as may be required by the workload or by the VP Business Development.
  • Support the Quality Department in handling customer quality issues, as is defined in the work instructions for customer handling of a quality issue.
  • Assist with custom projects through collaboration with marketing department
