General Sales Manager


  • Identify business opportunities and manage sales activities to achieve the company‚Äôs goal
  • Analyze business issues / sales channel management opportunities and report to management with creative solutions
  • Monitor market and competitor activities and take proper actions under company strategies
  • Provide training and guidance to sales team and distributiors on sales skills, customer service and products
  • Supervise the sales teaem and distributors within assigned area / customers or responsibility
  • Act as Business Development Manager for new opportunities of growth
  • Responsible for the total performance of assigned area in Asia Pacific region including sales, gross margin, A/R, inventory, T/E
  • Develop the market with all Value Plastics products and related applications within assigned area
  • Maintain all key accounts with after sales management that reflects the Nordson MEDICAL global standard of excellence
  • Work closely with other Teams for cross-region projects in sales and service
  • Comply with all the rules and regulations stipulated by company policy to play an exemplary role for the other staff
  • Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required
