About the Role:
As an Enrollment Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting enrollment for our top university partners. Essentially, the goal of the Enrollment Advisor is to provide the best service possible to prospective students and ensure our partners are meeting recruitment benchmarks.

As our Enrollment Advisor, you will:

  • Be skilled at identifying, understanding the student's needs and is able to demonstrate job knowledge by clearly articulating institutional offerings and differentiators as it relates to the students' needs to fulfill recruitment goals for graduate online programs in various areas of study through consistent outreach via phone, text and email
  • Qualify new inquiries and applications for various graduate degree programs through meaningful conversations and guide prospects from new inquiry to admitted student phase of Student Lifecycle by demonstrating the ability to comprehensively assess each student circumstance, assist in quickly addressing critical areas and creating strategies to address to offer solutions
  • Be the subject matter expert for each degree program including curriculum, structure, notable faculty, program value and industry knowledge or trends and ensure all students receive accurate and ethical advisement that is consistent with University's defined policies and procedures.
  • Attend & lead virtual and in-person events as scheduled by the enrollment management team and University Partners (at times outside of the normal schedule) demonstrating the ability to articulate and demonstrate broad program knowledge and perspective
  • Use critical thinking, creativity and problem solving when working to identify the needs of the student and taking steps to overcome challenges
  • Have the ability to customize the student and conversation approach, content and structure to align with what is in the best interest of the student and contributes to the overall business need from first point of inquiry to registration
  • Be flexible in your schedule understanding that some evening and weekend hours may be required to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the position.

You have:

  • A proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • 1+ years of phone-based experience in a metrics-driven environment
  • Self-direction and time management skills, you can work independently and still demonstrate success!
  • A positive attitude coupled with grit, drive and ambition
  • Comfortability with a certain level of ambiguity and excitement to join a start-up that's growing and evolving
  • Academic success - a Bachelor's degree
  • A team centric mentality, we are all in this together

Salary Range: $52,000-55,000 based on experience
