As the Visual Merchandising Manager for our store, you'll be responsible for establishing strategies, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of execution of the Nike Visual Presentation direction and principles within your territory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set the strategy and direction for implementation of Geography product presentation and retail marketing standards
  • Adopt and implement global product presentation standards for a categories and ensure execution throughout Territory
  • Manage implementation and maintenance (visual merchandising change-outs, retail marketing execution, etc) of category experiences and controlled spaces throughout the Territory.
  • Analyzing business results and work in partnership with floor managers
  • Oversee the execution of key Category initiatives and seasonal strategies at retail in assigned Territory
  • Manage resources and executes visual merchandising guidelines for store openings, remodels and events
  • Manage employees and sets individual goals that link to overall brand and business priorities. Coaches staff, supports development, makes hiring decisions, and drives performance management, recognition and rewards.
  • Monitor stores to ensure visual standards are met and product presentation is consistent; facilitate feedback process with Territory Product Presentation Teams.
  • Execute training strategies to ensure Territory personnel have adequate knowledge of visual standards and visual merchandising techniques
  • Interact with Geography Teams, Territory Management and other key business partners to ensure marketplace plans and execution supports overall Brand/Category strategy and direction.
  • Develop strong presentation and training skills within the team
  • Influences others through persuasion, ability to deliver relevant information with confidence and build a strong network of relationship

Qualifications
  • Degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and or Business related topics
  • A minimum of 3 years in Visual Merchandising related job
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of the market, including knowledge of French key retailers
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Works independently, autonomy receiving minimal guidelines
  • Strong leadership skills and able to manage conversations with LT at territory and HQ level.
