Tee Control Tower Business Planning Manager

As the Business Planning Manager in North America Responsive Inv Planning in Demand and Supply Management (DSM), you will collaborate across categories, business units, and global teams to drive a holistic marketplace and consumer demand forecast for the graphic tee business. As the subject matter expert, you will be responsible for influencing and partnering with cross-functional team members (Global Express Lane Operations, Geo Product Creation, Tee Graphics Center of Excellence, and North America Tee Control Tower) to continuously improve and integrate processes & systems to drive speed to market for in-season response. You will utilize a variety of forecasting techniques to analyze market and product trends to develop long range and in-season demand plans. You will play a key role in creating the future around in-season tee replenishment across brand and global pilots and validating potential business opportunities based on North America strategic plans, events, and other inputs.

Key Accountabilities
• Deliver regular, sharp, and audience-specific communications on status of the initiatives & pilots, category revenue and inventory metrics, and brand success stories
• Oversee multiple calendars and manage competing priorities for overlapping initiatives
• Develop, integrate and provide forecasts into the NA Control Tower for internal operations
• Analyze internal demand information and delivery performance through statistical analysis and data-driven decision making tools. May involve compiling data and reports or being a consumer of such data in order to support decision making
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and future state design. Support Global Express Lane pilots to ensure timeliness and accuracy of critical information, events and procedure


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field (2 additional years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degree )
• 5 years of relevant work experience in forecasting, retail planning, buying/inventory planning, financial forecasting, demand planning, or project management.
• Experience in a wholesale or retail apparel, footwear or equipment organization is preferred
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking skills required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High level of proficiency with MS Office, including Power Point and Excel spreadsheets
• Detail oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills (multi-tasking)
• Experience with advanced planning systems or statistical forecasting tools is a plus
