Nike’s Innovation Accelerator is currently seeking an experienced Technical Director / Full Stack Developer to lead our internal development initiatives. Our ideal candidate loves building fast and getting things in market. They are a creative problem solver, sometimes the right solution isn’t building something new but adapting something old. They are all about the right tool for each job, and are obsessed with finding ways to build things faster and better;

What you’ll do
Build, deploy, and maintain applications and systems​
Work with Design Leads and EIR’s to design the right product for each project​
Make technical decisions around architecture, language, and structure for each project​
Manage relationships, technical execution, and hand offs from our external agency partners​
Analyze and solve difficult problems across the stack​
Obsess ways to build prototypes and products faster and better​
Influence Sr. Leadership to adopt new ideas, products, or approaches​
As we grow, help us build and lead our technical team​

Experience
Track record of success building products or prototypes fast​
Proficiency in full stack languages (html, css, javascript, react, node, python, php, etc.)​
3+ years experience serving as the technical lead of an agency, startup, or early stage digital business ​
5+ years experience as a full stack developer​

Based in Portland, Oregon
Initial 3 month contract. Ongoing dependent on performance
Compensation is based on experience
