About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist South East Asia, you'll create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify, source and hire top talent for Nike's business across South East Asia. You'll utilize innovative and effective recruitment methods that are designed to deliver a diverse pool of candidates to the business against aggressive timelines. As a member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist activates and leads recruiting strategy for the Nike talent pipeline across South East Asia. This role will require some travel throughout Asia Pacific and to Nike World Headquarters in Portland Oregon. This role will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Minimum 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree. Experience in a fast-growth retail or consumer business highly preferred. Minimum 6 years' full cycle recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment, cold calling, internet and web searches, behavioral and competency-based interviewing and offer negotiation. You may come from an agency or in-house background, but must be an expert in direct sourcing, with experience of managing teams, a track record of success in headhunting and a proven capacity to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. You must demonstrate a high degree of independent decision making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive time lines. You will have a clear vision and strategy to drive excellence in talent acquisition, with the flexibility to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements. Experience in driving internship and campus programs and building strong relationships with schools. Experience in hiring in and knowledge of the talent market for multiple territories within the Asia region as well as hiring requirements for every territory in scope. Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding toward attracting and engaging diverse talent. Fluency in English. Additional fluency in an Asian language highly preferred.
