Talent Acquisition Manager, Analytics

Nike is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Analytics recruiting strategy and execution. This is an exciting role to help support Nike's data-driven approach. You will act as both a manager and individual contributor and report to the Talent Acquisition Director, EMEA.



Responsibilities

  • You will participate as a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team to develop long-term initiatives that get after long-range talent demand plans in support of Nike, Inc.'s business objectives.
  • You'll consult on key talent acquisition and business strategic priorities with key stakeholders on the Analytics Council. You will provide transparency through metrics, dashboards and effective meetings.
  • You will position TA as a thought leader in our company's analytics acquisition strategy and attend/facilitate Analytics Council meetings.
  • You will be responsible for the execution of acquisition strategies and programs to attract, recruit and hire all levels of Data Scientists and Analytics Talent.
  • You'll build and maintain a thorough understanding of Nike Inc.'s business and leverage this acumen to create innovative fulfillment tactics that meet talent demand within your pipeline.
  • You'll build innovative Talent Acquisition strategies which incorporate the use of sourcing strategies, including optimization of Competitive Intelligence, Search Engines, Social Networks, Recruiting Events (15% travel) and Research, Candidate Generation, Candidate Experience, and Relationship Management.
  • You will manage and develop a small team of recruiters to be more experienced and consultative, as well as meet recruiting targets.
  • Responsible for employee performance reviews and goal setting (KPI's)
  • You'll utilize your leadership skills to help create a talent culture that values employees and effectively manages change.
  • Finally, you'll manage resource allocation and lead by example by taking on critical searches within your functional pipeline.



Qualifications

What empowers success

  • 5+ years' progressive responsibility in Corporate Recruitment, Agency Recruitment or Executive Search within the Analytics and/or Data Science fields. International experience is highly desired.
  • Experience in a people management role, preferably managing recruiting teams and in a high growth industry, such as technology
  • Ability to create innovative TA strategies and execute the plan, while driving operational TA efficiencies.
  • Able to make data-driven decisions as well as creatively seek viable solutions to complex situations.
  • Exceptional skills in building relationships- with business leaders, HR Business Partners, workforce, and overall community. You are truly a team player.
  • Demonstrated project leadership and management experience, including business case development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent time and program management skills.
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal English communication skills- ability to tell a visually compelling story via presentation tools.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and give presentations to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
