STORE MARKETING ASST. MANAGER

As our Stores Marketing Assistant Manager for the Taiwan Territory, you will be a part of the team that creates premium and impactful consumer experiences for Nike Stores and Nike Factory Stores that both elevate our Brand and drive commercial success. In partnership with the Integrated Retail Marketing and Territory teams, you'll develop and drive marketing programs that deliver against our Brand strategies, product initiatives, as well as elevate our in-store experiences targeted specifically for the local consumer. You'll be our Brand champion and communicate clear, brand-enhancing messages that facilitate authentic interaction with our stores. Not only will you create disruptive and meaningful experiences, you'll leverage these experiences and other marketing tools, both physical and digital, to drive quality traffic to our brick and mortar stores in your territory. You'll also connect with our consumers to gain market insights that enhance our overall planning and your territory execution. In addition, you'll ensure stores execute with flawless precision and deliver results while upholding Brand standards and processes. Responsibilities: Develop and lead territory-specific execution plans that deliver against seasonal and monthly retail marketing strategies Deliver quality opportunities for consumers to engage with Nike Stores and Nike Factory Stores Support Brand experiences and events connected to stores in your territory Maximize awareness and effectiveness of store openings Support the evolution of the consumer journey through the elevation of services and in-store programs, connected to your local consumer Implement and evolve tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing tools; share best practices to increase scale opportunities Strategic Functional Overview/Focuses Maintain a strong focus on strategic, key stores within Taiwan Obsess the total marketplace, leading with Nike Direct and leveraging our Top 100 Strategy Set and implement the Stores Marketing strategy for the Taiwan territory, adapted from the Geography strategy Partner with geography and territory IRM, Brand teams, and business leaders to ensure the vision, strategy, and execution support the overall Brand, functional, and consumer needs Requirements: University degree in Marketing with at least 3 years of experience in Retail, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent combinations Strong verbal and written communication skills Hands-on experience in retail environment preferred Strong team and project management skills 15-25% Time spent per year to visit key retail locations/markets and evaluate retail executions of planned work
