Sr. Talent Sourcer

Our Senior Talent Sourcer role is a newly formed role embedded in our Diversity Talent Sourcing Team within NIKE's Global Talent Acquisition organization. This role will help us take our diversity sourcing and recruiting initiatives to the next level by helping us build and execute upon strategies in support of NIKE Inc.'s diversity initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have passion and experience around candidate research, competitive market intelligence, passive candidate outreach, and relationship development. The Senior Talent Sourcer will have the ability to innovate on process, emerging recruitment technologies, and key talent acquisition projects. You will work with several different technologies including Taleo ATS, Avature CRM, Gild, LinkedIn, StackOverflow, and HiringSolved. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in multiple different geographies across North America and have comfort in cold reach out to Director level and above candidates. In addition, you'll be the subject matter expert on the sourcing processes including managing complex candidate pipelines, presenting to executives and innovating on Talent Acquisition Sourcing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand current (and future) hiring needs.
  • • Design & execute on strategies for identifying and engaging passive diverse candidates in support of the demand.
  • • Earn trust across a range of partners and customers to establish yourself as the Diversity Sourcing expert within Talent Acquisition
  • • Take an active role in defining and iterating on customized diversity sourcing strategies
  • • Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations



Qualifications


  • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • • 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
  • • 5+ years' full cycle recruitment and/or sourcing experience with focus on developing diverse candidate pipelines
  • • Strong understanding of Boolean Logic and the use of Chrome Extensions such as Connectifier, Prophet or Google+
  • • Experience developing complex search strategies to identify & attract diverse passive talent
