WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Nike App Specialist will join a cross-functional team who is passionate about creating the future of digital commerce for Nike. They will run an integrated offense across Brand, Merchandising, Operations and Digital Product - coming together to drive a shared digital agenda, aligned business outcomes and an elevated ability to read and react to our business. The Nike App Specialist will be reporting directly to the Nike App Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a self-starter who is organized, self-motivated, proactive, accountable and highly adaptable with strong knowledge of digital consumer journeys. All coupled with excellent communication skills and with the ability to solve complex problems. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital experiences and possesses strong analytics skills.

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, Marketing or equivalent.


  • Have a minimum 2-3 years of directly relevant experience in the following functions: digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy and digital products and experiences.


  • Experience with digital or physical retail, and/or digital platforms is preferred.


  • Experience in e-commerce apps is preferred.


  • Have proven competency with consumer orientation and marketplace management.


  • Show strong ability to entrepreneurially develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers to drive results, preferably in a matrixed environment.


  • Proven ability to implement groundbreaking strategies endorsed by senior leadership teams


  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data and act against business results, trends, and opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will be supporting the Nike App/Nike.com Manager to prepare and execute against the seasonal business strategies established for the App and .com platforms.

  • You will be part of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce team, and you will be working across many cross-functional teams where relationship building, collaboration and the ability to influence are core competencies to navigate in a matrix organization.


  • You will execute Nike App authoring as daily activity working in partnership with brand, site merch and digital operations teams.


  • You will conduct in-season management of the Nike app business able to analyze product performance and commercial trends.


  • You will drive category-specific digital business outcomes through coordination with key cross-functional partners.


  • You will drive digital growth by executing and tracking on aligned growth strategies.


  • You will deliver on business targets in alignment with the shared integrated digital strategy KPIs.


  • You will drive seasonal app membership plans, closely monitor programs, and influence program's future evolution. In addition, you will ensure Nike App & Membership programs in-season readiness
