WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Senior Technical Recovery Analyst. This role will perform a key role in the NIKE Corporate Information Security (CIS) group and support the Technical Recovery Management (TRM) program by promoting and implementing technical disaster recovery practices across the organization. This role will also conduct technical recovery risk assessments aimed at collecting data on the priority and criticality of Nike applications, systems and data. The ideal candidate has experience in disaster recovery or business continuity, a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
If this is you, you'll be working with (team) and performing these key tasks:

Work to promote the implementation technical disaster recovery practices across the organizationConduct technical business impact and risk assessments with stakeholders to collect data on the priority and criticality of Nike systems in case of a severe technology disruptionCollaborate with IT and business representatives to define disaster recovery requirements and priorities
Translate business requirements into technical disaster recovery strategies, solutions, and plans
Design and execute technical disaster recovery exercises (simulations & tabletop tests) to validate recovery capabilities for critical systems
Provide communication and logistics support during technical disaster recovery exercises and after each exercise conduct after action reviews
Produce metrics that help ensure compliance with program policy and standard operating procedures
Help to develop, implement, and maintain technical disaster recovery program processes, products, and toolsSupport alignment and integration of Technical Recovery Management's (TRM) planning and governance processes and controls globally, with Nike's strategic planning, portfolio planning, program/project management, and change/release management governance processes and controls

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
This role reports into the Technical Recovery Management team within Corporate Information Security.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of experience working on technology projects.
Experience implementing, documenting and/or supporting technical disaster recovery solutions.
Technical knowledge and experience in areas such as cloud computing, database administration, application engineering or system administration.
Confidence in communicating with both highly technical audiences and non-technical audiences, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, and verbalize ideas effectively.
Experience in business continuity, emergency response, continuity of operations (COOP), continuity of government (COG), and/or preparedness consulting is a plus.
ISO 22301, 27031, CBCP or similar Disaster Recovery certification is also a plus.
Strong organizational skills (multi-tasking) with the ability to self-direct and work independently with minimal direction
Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve results
