ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Formulate and activate the intake process for issue / changes related to SAP data and reporting.
-Adequate business understanding to design tech data & reporting solution that best solve business use case requirement defined, ensuring solution design adhere to the Enterprise data governance framework
-Agile project management to deliver data & reporting project with trackable milestone on time utilizing JIRA/version one or other required tool
-Timely and proactively identifying and managing issues, risks and dependencies during the project
-Thorough knowledge of data management area and data systems to understand data flow with source target mapping
-Conducts data analysis and data validation for key data areas like master data, and master relationship data within the ERP and organization. Furthermore, it will require partnership with cross functional technology teams, internal and external key stakeholders in business and technology.
-Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of SAP related data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation and meets stated business rules and requirements.
-Coordinating with SAP deployment team for all project implementation and downstream adjustment when needed
COMPETENCIES
-Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field preferred.
-5+ experience data warehouse/business reporting and analytics
-3+ years experience implementing or supporting SAP S4/Hana/BW Master Data Implementation or Management.
-2+ years hands on experience with SAP BO
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with multiple business stakeholders on firm deadlines
-Experience in definition of new measures, and the translation of business goals into quantitative metrics and reporting
-Strong ability to lead and/or work on cross-functional teams and provide project management support
-Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
-Good communication skills to communicate with team members, external data providers, and management.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-good English skills both in writing and speaking. Experience in dealing with international customers preferable
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
