Retail Manager

The Retail Manager manages a portfolio of stores ensuring we SERVICE OUR CONSUMERS to the best of our ability in accordance with Nike Standards.

They ensure the NSP strategy is executed throughout their fleet while developing regionally specific business strategies to ensure premium executions and mutual profitability.

RMs are in charge of setting KPI targets in partnership with Partner and Planning, monitoring these and coaching our partners on how to continuously improve to maximize results.

RMs Spend ≥ 80% of their time in stores.

Key responsibilities

  • Set seasonal KPI goals; Operational measures goals and conduct in-season weekly KPI tracking
  • Analyze daily / weekly / Quarterly reports, KPI tracking, identify opportunities and develop plans to maximize results that drive productivity and enhance our service to our consumers
  • Develop and maintain a healthy Nike Partner stores portfolio
  • Execute NIKE strategies, practices and standards influencing and developing territory strategies to provide the highest-level Nike Consumer and Athlete experience
  • Provide regular Territory insights and trends as well as accurate information on Territory and store activities to inform relevant local / EHQ / Global cross functional teams
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with cross functional teams to influence and optimize the assortments and environment to service our consumers
  • Influence S.W.A.T mentality across all stores and team members (Sell What is Available Today)
  • Ensure all cross-functional onboarding and ongoing Nike training is conducted by all stores.
  • Manage activities related to partner's fleet plans, including store openings, refits and closings (when a Retail Project Manager does not exist.).
  • Maintain relevant Store information using Nike Tools and systems related to fleet. E.g. CONNECT, FLEET REVIEW



Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • 5 years of experience in multi-store management
  • Having a good track in sales and people management
  • Excellent knowledge of retail operations processes
  • Understanding of the Russian marketplace and specific local consumer
  • Strong communicator with organizational, analytical and forward planning skills
