The Territory Retail Director will lead and run the field offense ensuring we SERVICE OUR CONSUMERS, sitting at the center of our efforts to LEAD, COACH, DRIVE and INSPIRE our teams to deliver best-in-class service and premium consumer experiences across Nike Stores Partnered. In instances where they will lead and manage the team of RMs they drive a productive and premium business at door level in order to learn, scale, and drive efficient and real-time decision making to enable stronger performance.

TRDs Spend ≥ 80% of their time in stores.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop plans to drive the efforts to elevate our stores, aligned with NSP and geography strategic priorities
• Drive seasonal KPI goals; Operational measures goals and conduct in-season weekly KPI tracking to maximize business performance
• Drive the service offense within our doors inclusive of foundational service, new services, and Digital, in partnership with store ops / training / retail brand / Tech / Digital.
• Work with the NSP Leadership to build 1 - 3 year strategies for the fleet
• Drive the fleet in their territory, developing specific action plans with focus on key doors / cities
• Lead, coach and inspire team, and set their individual goals that align with NSP strategy
• Be the Nike ambassador to ensure Nike Standards and Guidelines are in place across the business.
• Provide regular Territory insights and trends as well as accurate information on Territory and store activities to inform relevant local / EHQ / Global cross functional teams
• Prioritize own and RM work each quarter and evolve the priorities in alignment with business needs, leveraging the real-time feedback from the RM team and Stores
• Partner across functions to provide solutions to support the stores and RM team efforts
• Lead seasonal readiness for the fleet across multiple efforts; service, brand, operations, training, and product
• Connect with leadership to provide details on the marketplace and the field offense on a weekly basis enabling quick decisions and solutions


Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
• Practical experience of working with Retail & Understanding of Marketplace Realities in Turkey, Israel & South Africa
• People management experience 5+ years (team size 3+)
• Deep Retail Operations understanding / Retail Math
• Understand Brand Principles & Maxims / Genuine Interest in the Brand
• Experience of managing Multiple Retail Stores (+10 stores)
• Practical experience of managing purchasing, sales, Retail KPI's budget 3 years plus
• Practical experience in Visual merchandising & Marketing for Retail Stores 1 year plus
• Proved successful project completion in the area of Retail Stores
• Real estate aspect of defining the new Store spaces/Zone split within the store; successful experience of leading new store openings 2 years plus
• Fluency in business English, Turkish (Additional languages a Bonus)
