NIKE APP Business Manager

As a Manager of the Nike App you will join a new team that has been stood up to help, integrate, and accelerate digital business for the NA Nike Digital channel. In this role, you will run an integrated digital offense in partnership with NA functions, Brand, Merchandising, Operations, Digital Product -coming together to drive a shared digital agenda, aligned business outcomes, and elevated ability to read and react.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support and help incubate the Nike App business strategy in conjunction with NA Digital leadership & Collective Platform leads
  • Drive Category-specific Digital business outcomes through coordination with key cross-functional partners as virtual team
  • In partnership with the Nike app a retail global product team and Stores team drive the pre-season and in season management of the nike app at retail.
  • Set & deliver Nike app at retail business targets for the platfom, in alignment with the shared goals/KPIs of the Nike's Integrated Digital strategy
  • Lead weekly NA Integrated Digital Business meetings with NA cross-functional team to read/react to marketplace as needed, and prepare for upcoming digital/physical products going to market
  • Build in- season operating plan to driving aligned business needs to hit budget, work back with planning & finance to forecast pre & inseason.
  • Liaise with Digital Product Lead (where appropriate) to align & integrate Digital product strategy with Digital business goals
  • Drive seasonal app membership plans, monitor program closely, influence programs future evolution, Ensure App channel & Membership programs in season readiness

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 yearsof directly relevant experience in the following functions: digital commerce, merchandising, brand marketing, strategy, digital products & experiences, and/or general management
  • Experience with digital or physical retail, and/or digital platforms is preferred
  • Proven competency with consumer orientation and marketplace management
  • Strong ability to entrepreneurially develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers to drive results, preferably in a matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to set and execute groundbreaking strategies endorsed by senior leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and take action against business results, trends, and opportunities
