-Division: NDDC -Job Title: NDDC Director -Report to: NDDC APLA GM -Work Location: Seoul BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: DRIVES THE END-TO-END DIGITAL OFFENSE ACROSS KOREA THROUGH DIRECT & VIRTUAL TEAMS OF FUNCTIONAL EXPERTS WITH SHARED KPI'S KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sets and leads vision, strategy, and coordinates offense for Territory Digital Commerce business as part of an elevated and integrated marketplace growth strategy; focus includes: Nike.Com, NikeiD, SNKRS, Nike App and commercial leverage of other digital products/apps (NRC, NTC), along with Connected Marketplace and New Commerce Initiatives connected to Nike.com Provides strategic leadership to deliver annual business budget, & long-term financial goals & KPI's Drives comprehensive end-to-end business across the Territory through coordination with direct & virtual Digital experts, including: Delivers a 'Best Expression" merchandise assortment strategy Plans and execute 'the 80%' of Globally common Digital content & programming Drive locally relevant consumer experiences, products, & initiatives that meet the diversity of the consumer and marketplace, and impact our overall Brand presence; ('the 20%) Leads Direct Marketing strategy & investment (demand creation) in partnership with Geo/Territory Brand, creating a compelling multi-channel consumer experience (social, SEO, paid search, etc.). Drives Analytics, Consumer Knowledge, and Site Merchandising, reading specific traffic patterns and campaign outcomes to know and serve our consumers while continuously improving KPI's Delivers on locally competitive cart to home experience for consumers including fulfillment strategy, payment, delivery, & Consumer Services Sets and delivers 'high heat launch' strategy in alignment with Category & Brand strategy Leads in-season management of Territory's Digital business; includes weekly Integrated Digital meetings & coordination of 'Digital Live Ops' (Power Center 2.0) for real-time read/react Partners with Territory Leadership team to drive comprehensive marketplace strategy with responsibility for the Digital Marketplace strategy Serve as active member of Territory Leadership Team, responsible for overall marketplace management CORE COMPETENCIES Enterprise leadership & influence Marketplace Management Consumer Orientation Create the future Functional Excellence (Retail, Consumer facing platforms/products, Supply chain) Ability to learn and adapt in a diverse cultural environment PARTNERS Geo/Territory Merchandising, Planning Geo/Territory Brand Marketing, Integrated Media, Consumer Knowledge Territory Supply Chain Territory Category Leadership Territory Brick & Motor GMS (NSO/NFS, NSP) Territory Leadership Team
