Manager Consumer Analytics EMEA

We are looking for someone who is obsessed with consumer insights, passionate about the science of marketing, and turning large volumes of data into simple business insights and recommended actions. You should feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously. Experience in analytics and strong digital business acumen is critical to your success in this role. Superb teamwork and strong communication skills are also essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer strategic questions about consumer behaviour across Nike Experiences and communication channels
  • Drive long-term customer lifetime value by optimizing digital content & targeted communications through advanced analytics
  • Lead the creation and understanding of comprehensive consumer behaviours, incorporating a wide variety of signals, data types, and sources
  • Shape research and analytic plans, developing appropriate quantitative methodologies, and driving the execution of digital product and consumer analytics from end-to-end
  • Integrate qualitative & quantitative findings to define complete profile of digital consumer needs


Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years' experience doing quantitative analysis on digital products or digital marketing experiences
  • Fluency in SQL (Hive) or similar experience in analysing large structured and unstructured datasets
  • An understanding of advanced analytics techniques; competency with statistical packages such as R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata etc. preferred
  • Skilled working with Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst) and Google Analytics
  • Ability to use analytics to understand digital consumer behaviour and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Adept at creative storytelling using data driven insights, and has ability to bring complex audience data to life for marketing and business stakeholders
  • Go-getter with proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams with varied levels of understanding of analytics
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Enterprise leader - experience in presenting to, influencing and consulting the business
