Lean Coach

Responsibilities Work with Regional Lean Director and In-Country Lean Coaches to develop and deploy country-level lean strategy and plan Following Apparel & Footwear "Partner Management" process, work with Partner Management Office (PMO) and supplier leadership team on key initiatives to achieve business value Collaborate with Cross-Functional Nike functions to drive suppliers operational performance Utilize lean concepts of flow and pull to reduce lead time and increase manufacturing responsiveness Coach supplier leadership and functional leaders and their teams to elevate lean capabilities Conduct on-site coaching to drive lean 2.0 implementation and specific projects from business need Communicate with supplier leadership on work priority, goals, and progress review Share, adopt best practices and new standards within Nike lean team Support Lean 2.0 training program and corresponding workshops In- Country Job Requirements 6+ years of hands-on lean practice in a manufacturing environment, with experience in supply chain management or related extended Value Stream re-engineering highly preferred Practical exposure in Manufacturing Industry other than footwear and apparel Demonstrated ability to lead and coach change across a wide range of cultures and management teams Familiar with typical lean methodologies (not limited to) such as hoshin kanri, A3 thinking, PDCA, problem solving, SMED, standard work, Leader Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Data Analytics Able to work in a complex environment with internal and external stakeholders Flexible to travel around different manufacturing locations Fluent in written and spoken English Demonstrated Influencing skills with Senior and Middle Management
