Hospitality Manager

Joining our team as our Hospitality Manager, you will bring CRM to the next level at EHQ representing the voice of our consumers on campus through intense stakeholder management and consumer engagement.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Take ownership of CRM at EHQ, co- own the pulse of our consumer
  • Understand the Business needs and translate those to the Service Partners and WD+C organization.
  • Be on top of future developments of the business and pro-actively anticipate future needs.
  • Participate to the process in improving all services to compete with a 5* Hotel environment.
  • Responsible for Business intakes
  • Follow through and facilitation on work completion
  • Escalation point
  • Feed Service Ethos based on consumer insight
  • Translate data insight to drive business decisions

Qualifications
Requirements for this position include:
  • Minimum of 5 year working experience in Hospitality business
  • Ability to listen to client requirements and translate into solutions
  • Excellent understanding of 5 star level of service (hotel, venue)
