Greater China - Sr. Compensation Operations Analyst
As the Senior Compensation Operations Analyst for Greater China, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance and executing the administration of Nike's Compensation programs (Base pay, incentives, service and recognition awards). This role will conduct the day to day operations of Nike's Compensation programs as well as cyclical Compensation events for the Greater China region comprising of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. This role will report to the Total Rewards Operations Manager - Greater China. Administer global and regional comp programs and processes Calculate incentive awards maintained outside a system Audit regional employee comp data to ensure quality Responsible for regional/local pay compliance Identify process opportunities and potential solutions ideas Partner with regional cross-functional HRD teams on systems and processes Deliver consulting services to regional partners and consumers on compensation issues Provide clear, concise and timely summaries of major exceptions/escalations to Regional Total Rewards Ops Manager and Global Compensation Ops Team Partner with COEs to address program compliance risks and solution development Manage contact inquiry from consumers (managers, HRBPs and employees) within SLAs 3-5 years experience in Compensation Operations Experience working in a matrix environment with bold and dotted line reporting Multi-national corporate experience working across different time zones and geographies Familiarity with the region's labor regulations and employment tax laws Experience with HR systems, solutions and technology Experience in leading and implementing new HR programs and initiatives
