As the Global Brand Demand Planning Director for Apparel & Equipment, you will work closely with the Merchandising, Sales and Retail planning teams to drive a holistic marketplace and Consumer demand forecast strategy. You will assess and help shape forecasts based on marketplace capacity and trends/performance, innovation roadmap, merchandising assortment plans, statistical forecasting inputs, and historical trends with inventory and profitability goals in mind.
You will be responsible for analyzing risks and opportunities in the Brand Demand Plan across classifications, franchises, price points, gender and Categories globally.
You will play a key role in creating the future around End-to-End Line Planning and Integrated Business Planning. Your input will be key in driving planning decisions from concept to market, to bring to life the Nike Brand vision and strategy.

Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
" Minimum of 10 year's work experience in forecasting, retail planning and buying, financial forecasting and demand planning.
" Strong lead and influencing skills (written and verbal), including meeting facilitation and presentations.
" Strong MS Excel fundamentals required.
" Strong analytical and problem solving skills
" Experience in a retail or wholesale apparel, footwear or consumer goods organization is preferred
" Experience with advanced planning systems is a plus
