Geo Site Merchandising Manager

As our Geo Site Merchandising Manager, you'll bring a test and learn mindset, utilizing data and analytics, to develop and implement strategies for a targeted consumer journey across key cities/regions in North America. Your priority is to increase digital topline demand through optimizing conversion, profitability, frictionless shopping and the overall site experience for each city/region. You'll develop new short and long term plans for geo-targeting and localization in partnership with Merchandising and Digital Product teams. You'll have in-depth knowledge of localized trends and product assortment to show consumers the right product at the right place and right time. Additional responsibilities include; product wall development, product display, execution of product wall assets, navigation, internal search, attribution, pricing updates, product removal and linking strategies. The Digital Site Merchandising team is always looking to 'Create the Future' by maintaining a solid understanding of the competitive marketplace and best in class digital retail experiences to identify opportunities and inform long term digital strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in digital commerce
  • 1-2 years' experience in leadership role
  • Ability to develop and implement multichannel digital strategies
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate a matrix environment
  • Experience with digital personalization and/or geo targeting preferred
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
