EMEA Partner Enablement Lead

Joining our Workplace Design and Connectivity team as our EMEA Partner Enablement Lead, reporting to Integrated Workplace Services EMEA Director, you will focus on enabling strategic partnerships through collaborative design. This position will partner with EMEA territory leads as well as strategic partners to ensure flawless service deliver.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support the evolution of Nike's Global strategic partnerships to drive value for Nike through improved experience, cost and agility
  • Enable partners to successfully deliver on desired services outcomes
  • Lead the strategic Partner alignment, roll out and stabilization of Workplace Design and Connectivity (WD+C) Service Ethos in EMEA
  • Lead the Strategic Partner alignment to Nike's DNA
  • In alignment with Global QBR's, Lead the Partner Quarterly Business Review processes for EMEA and coordinate Strategic Partner Business Reviews with Global Strategic Services Team.
  • Manage the Audit program (plan, execute and follow up)
  • Facilitate the EMEA Services Innovation process
  • Lead Services project initiation
  • Lead the integrated Partner platform, create connections and transparency in interdependencies
  • Use of metrics to "tell the story" and create business cases
  • Integrator of WD+C, Strategic Partners and Nike enabling functions (Security, Comms, HR)


Qualifications
Requirements for this position include:
  • 5+ years of experience managing large corporate supplier, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Organizational awareness & influencing skills
  • Workplace transformation experience (transition / change management)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build critical (global) relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills
