As Nike's Talent Management Director for the Global Operations Team (Global Operations includes: Demand and Supply Management, Operations & Logistics, Nike Technology, Workplace Design & Connectivity, Procurement, and Global Sourcing & Manufacturing), you will work with Business & HR leaders Management to mobilize the full power of the Talent Center of Excellence (Acquisition, Development & Planning) against our most critical business opportunities. The TM Director will inform & drive an Integrated Talent Management Strategy enabled by executive-ready frameworks & tools, ensuring the best Talent decisions at moments of choice. The TM Director will provide consultation & Talent expertise to a group of Enterprise leaders in close partnership with a Sr. HRBP and the SR. Director of TM for the Global Operations Team.

Core Accountabilities :
Integrated Talent Strategy - Partner with the Business & HR leaders to identify critical capability requirements that enable business strategies & Nike's growth agenda. In partnership with the Sr. Director of TM, leverage business insights to create & drive an integrated Talent Management strategy enabled by premium global talent solutions. Continuously leverage business/HRBP feedback, observations & Talent data/scorecards to adjust short-term solutions/approach ensuring our long-term talent objectives are achieved.
Be a champion for continuous improvement of our TM efforts.
Talent Solutions - Facilitate an on-going Talent conversation with business & HR leaders that results in a deep bench of capable & diverse future leaders. Drive and continuously inform global build/buy/move actions with an eye toward our long-term talent objectives. Bring a premium and strategically relevant set of TM solutions that enable the best talent decisions at moments of choice. Talent processes can include:Leadership Potential Assessments,Succession Planning
Career Management & Development Planning linked to succession plans,
Organization and Talent Reviews (OTPR)
In alignment with short-term & long-term Talent strategies, engage with fellow HR COE's (primarily Total Rewards, Mobility & Organizational Effectiveness) to ensure a premium experience for employees around key career moments/moves.
Team - Serve as a key point of integration across the Talent COE (Acquisition, Development & Planning) to ensure our enterprise solutions are informed by the talent capability requirements of the business (Functional, Leadership, Emerging). Maintain highly effective working relationships with HR partners, business leadership & the Talent Management team members to inform & drive an Integrated Talent Management that enables Nike's growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years' experience in a combination of the following areas: Talent Management, Talent Acquisition/Development, Human Resources Management, Meeting & decision-making facilitation with Sr. business leadership teams, HR Strategy/Planning
- Successful experience leading/influencing organizational change
- Collaborative & Open communicator
- Effective relationship builder
- Agile learner
- Strategic thinking/ability to edit to achieve strategic priorities
- Successful executive-level facilitator
