Digital Product Manager - Connect The Marketplace

As Nike's Digital Product Manager Connect the Marketplace EMEA, your role is to improve our consumer's access to product, and growing the Nike business by developing our omnichannel roadmap. Connecting Nike consumers in every sales channel to the Nike available inventory across the entire marketplace. You will use insights and analytics to drive continuous optimization. You will jointly own the product roadmap with Global counterparts and ensure delivery to market through partnership with business stakeholders, engineering and finance. You will represent the needs of the European consumers in prioritization across global opportunities.

Working within a larger product team, you will effectively organize resources and work within the matrix appropriately to achieve business objectives. You will also partner with executives across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded. Above all, you will be a constant champion for the needs of our consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop omni-channel capabilities that meet the needs of EMEA consumers and the Nike EMEA business
  • Obsess metrics and consumer insights to drive effective decision making.
  • Inform and inspire our global product management teams to co-create leading digital products relevant to the European market.
  • Partner with business and tech teams to develop the best solutions for consumers, Nike and Nike partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products from conception to product/ market fit and growth
  • Identify and assess emerging trends, technologies, building into the product roadmap needed
  • Write and consult on product specifications, manage design challenges
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Program management leaders throughout completion of milestones and partner with brand marketing and central research/analytics teams throughout the product's lifecycle
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure new developments meet the EMEA requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree required
  • At least 5 years of experience in end to end project management
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide and diverse matrix
  • Deep understanding of (omni-channel) retail processes
  • Very strong in stakeholder management
  • Ability to create product requirements, business case and project plan
  • Strong written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong awareness of digital trends; appetite for digital innovation
  • Ability to present work to executive stakeholders
  • Passionate consumer advocate; good command of user experience best practices
