DIGITAL ANALYTICS MANAGER

As the Digital Analytics Senior Manager, you will be at the heart of the Brazil Digital business and will inform and support stakeholders to make decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of our goals. Day to day you will support Brazil's leadership to drive insights-fueled decisions. More than anyone you will understand the business past and future performance and its KPIs, finding and acting on risks and opportunities. You will be the leader to a group of strong analysts and will drive their goals and their personal development. You will be a permanent partner to most of the business-critical functions including Site Merchandisers, Media, Planning, Finance and Operations. In summary, you will be key to the success of the business and the driver of well-informed decisions to our leaders. This position requires a high-energy, organized and motivated person with strong knowledge of Digital and Retail analytics. All coupled with high People management focus and excellent communication skills. The right individual will be on top of Online and B&M retail trends as well as the evolution of Analytical tools and techniques. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading a group of high performing analysts and possesses a strong business acumen. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree) • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on Digital and Retail business reporting and analytics, and team leadership • Strong communication skills both at a technical level as well as at a Financial/Biz performance level, including meetings facilitation and making presentations to senior leadership team. Demonstrable examples of using data to influence decision making required • Experience working with external partners (focus on analytics projects) defining requirements, timelines and tracking progress • Clear understanding of Retail Financials, Online Commerce KPIs and experience building business cases and projects evaluation • Knowledgeable on digital analytical tools with clear understanding of the potential and limitations of each area of analysis including Web analytics, Visualization tools, Database clients, statistical tools, etc • Solid understanding of latest trends in digital sales attribution and omnichannel analytics • As potentially part of a complex organization, multi geo located, International experience highly regarded, English required, and Spanish is a valued plus
