Customer Operations Representative

  • Drive daily order management per group of customers;
  • Support Sales team by daily requests;
  • Support Order entry process and participate order entry tools' projects;
  • Prepare the variety of reports and overviews and provide all needed information to Sales team, to Customers connected with Delivery of Goods;
  • Maintain supply chain performance: on time delivery, inventory efficiencies, carrier performance;
  • Support customers in resolving delivery issues;
  • Drive the relationship with the customer through constant communication via Sales or by visits maintaining a proactive approach;
  • Participation in X-functional Projects -Support team in General Order Management Initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Experienced user of MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, Word) (VBA knowledge is an advantage);
  • SAP/Logistics/Customer Service experience is an advantage;
  • Fluency in both English and Italian languages;
  • Ability to work with large amount of information, highlight & analyze relevant to the business situation;
  • Diligent & attentive to details, creative mind;
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in related field is preferred;
  • Strong team player.
