Converse Strategy MBA Internship

As an MBA Strategy Intern on the Global Strategy team you will partner with the team in developing and executing Converse's global long-term growth strategy. You'll work directly with senior leadership to develop our 3 to 5-year strategic plans and lead the development of tools and processes to execute against these plans. In addition, you will also serve as a mentor to a team of undergraduate interns on their cross-functional group project.

Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development: Support our annual strategy cycle by coordinating planning milestones and deliverables and working closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and communicate critical strategic priorities Data Analysis and Synthesis: Analyzes and integrates stakeholder interviews, market intelligence, financial scenarios, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights to identify macro, consumer, and competitive insights & drive strategy Process Excellence / Project Management: Support implementation of projects and large-scale initiatives by applying systematic thinking to map key priorities, milestones & deliverables


Qualifications


  • First year student at a top-tier MBA program
  • Experience within a consulting firm or within the strategy function at a top retail / consumer goods organization preferred
  • Proven experience with preparation and delivery of executive level presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
  • Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors
  • Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and project management skills
  • Experience with presenting and influencing senior leadership
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
