Converse Sr Manager, Global Performance Marketing

Our Senior Manager of Global Performance Marketing will be a part of the media center for excellence in Boston, MA reporting to the global director of integrated media. This is a hands-on role where you will shape, scale, and implement our performance marketing strategy to augment profitability, retention, reactivation, and acquisition. This new role will focus on developing the global performance marketing agenda and key strategies, while working with cross-functional partners to ensure our regional teams are able to drive in-market results.Your passion must be connecting even more people with the Converse brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key driver of the global integrated media offense.
  • Be a thought leader in the performance marketing agenda, driving cross-region best practices and meaningful tests to surface new strategies and creative executions to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with the .com, CRM, email, social, consumer insights teams to drive segmentation approaches focused on unlocking new revenue opportunities.
  • Drive global performance marketing budget planning, tracking, and campaign analyses with regional leads.
  • Foster new marketing channel and tactic exploration by working closely with peers.
  • Serve as primary creative liaison between the core regional performance marketing team and the global creative teams, informing creative briefs with market specific insights and creative development considerations as needed.
  • Drive the POV on the right global partnerships, platform & tech, and product recommendations to drive growth.
  • Bleeding edge of the latest technology advancements and offer new insights on how to drive business value with the tools we have, as well as through new tools.
  • Synthesize complex strategies/processes into understandable ideas that the organization can rally behind.



Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing and programmatic experience.
  • Proven track record of driving results and innovation at a DTC company/agency.
  • Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional marketing teams across different locations / time zones.
  • Ability to identify the metrics to drive success, measure KPIs, socialize understanding and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and planning skills; demonstrated success in influencing & communicating ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs.
  • Collaborative, energetic and hands-on team player.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor's degreeor equivalent experience
