Converse Site Merchandising Specialist, NA Digital Commerce

Converse is setting a bold strategic vision to lead with digital to connect the marketplace by positioning converse.com as the first and best destination for authentic Converse products and experiences.

As a key member of the North American Digital Commerce team, the Site Merchandising Specialist will help bring products, experiences, and promotional calendars to life on Converse.com. This role will require you to work collaboratively with others to ensure the best expression of our products in a timely and accurate manner.



Responsibilities

  • Assort and rank products on Converse.com to create an optimal shopping experience and brand expression.
  • Work with marketing partners to create product assortments and landing pages suited to specific traffic channels.
  • Optimize site experiences utilizing site and consumer data with a goal of driving conversion
  • Edit and enrich product data as necessary.
  • Associate cross sells and outfits with key products.
  • Partner with multiple groups throughout the brand to make sure the site is planned and assorted in a timely fashion. Will require advanced planning and collaboration to be effective.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong visual assortment skills with a strong understanding of online retail
  • Experience with web content and merchandising systems
  • E-commerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines.
  • Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and process excellence
  • Understand and deliver against seasonal goals and key investments, through execution of deliverables to meet those business needs.
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
