As the Converse Operational Excellence Manager, you'll lead the organization through change towards that of a Consumer first, LEAN and Process driven environment to meet our strategies and realize revenue. Create a LEAN foundational vision and execute against that vision. You'll collaborate cross functionally to create visibility to realize opportunities to reduce waste and NVA (Non Value Add) whilst creating transparency for required future capabilities. Responsibilities

• LEAN Center of Excellence Lead / Coach
• LEAN experience and training, examples of LEAN engagements and their results
• Experience in Visio mapping and obtaining gaps and opportunities and getting to the results through the business
• Working through business opportunities to ascertain the root cause of the problem, with a robust problem solving framework
• Project management skill set, with proven outcomes
• Experience in creation of SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and training documentation
• Proven training skillset
• Excellent business acumen in a diverse environment
• Have a supply chain and operations background would be advantageous

Proven track record of
• Leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others
• Delivering complex, cross functional projects
• Pulling a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions and building consensus
• Natural networker and influencer across matrix organizational structures
• Confident self-starter that works independently
• Able to conduct and execute against the work (as well as influence it to be completed)
• Facilitation skillset for large groups of various levels of an organization
• Lead large cross functional teams successfully through end to end LEAN engagements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Bachelor's degree in Business
• LEAN Coach
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred but not essential
• PMP preferred but not essential
• Hands on experience with positive outcomes of cross functional LEAN engagements
• Track record of working with business partners to drive process improvements through to realization of efficiencies

Ability to pass a 7-year background investigation
