Converse Manager, NA Site Merchandising

As our Site Merchandising Manager for North America Digital Commerce, you are responsible for bringing our product and stories to life on Converse.com, while optimizing our site for consumer experience and sell through.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for implementing site merchandising strategies that focus on optimal site presentation, maximizing customer engagement and shopping experience.
  • Work cross functionally with Global Site Merchandising, Brand Management, Brand Design and User Experience partners to bring the seasonal stories and campaign initiatives to life on Converse.com.
  • Lead and own regional seasonal kick off meetings with multiple cross functional partners to present seasonal content and email strategy.
  • Oversee digital basecamp calendar that drives monthly site creative refreshes, promotions, emails, and key product launches.
  • Partner with Analytics to define and report out on digital KPIs for key seasonal Initiatives and product launches.
  • Responsible for onsite journeys, linking, taxonomy and navigation.
  • Manage onsite product lifecycle, including turning products on and offline and making lifecycle recommendations based on productivity of style.
  • Lead cross-functional task force meetings during business-critical time periods (i.e. Holiday) to ensure all teams are aligned on business activities & readiness.
  • Connect with other NA functional teams (i.e. Social, Merch, Marketing, Wholesale, etc.) to align on creative executions.
  • Facilitate any additional photoshoot needs with design & photo studio.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising or Marketing
  • Minimum of 4- 5 years directly relevant work experience preferably with the Demandware platform
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and able to adapt changing priorities.
  • Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and process excellence
  • Understand and deliver against seasonal goals and key investments, through ownership of deliverables to meet those business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with diverse group
  • Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
  • Digital commerce experience is preferred
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
