Commercial Data Administrator

As the Commercial Data Administrator, you are part of the Digital Sales Experience team and you are responsible for maintaining Customer data in the Nike company systems (such as SAP, Salesforce.com etc).

Your key responsibility is to ensure data integrity when creating & maintaining the master data for all Nike customers and you work in respect of Nike compliance rules.

You participate in Customer data change/update initiatives and are able to communicate effectively throughout the Nike organization regarding the master data process and related policies.

The Digital Sales Experience team operates in a fast-moving environment and the ability to stay calm under pressure is essential as well as the ability to deliver against tight deadlines.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the expert on Customer Master fields and structure in the Nike company systems
  • Validate and execute incoming requests for customer setups, maintenance and other processes where the team is involved (such as contributions to Finance processes)
  • Ensure accurate & timely fulfillment (within agreed SLA) of all incoming requests
  • Communicate across the Nike business users process, policies and technical functions of master data
  • Be always up-to-date and adhere to customer information procedure and approval processes
  • Participate and work with the business in regard to change initiatives related to customer master information
  • Participate and execute assigned ad-hoc project tasks for team specific and/or cross functional projects



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field or 3 years work experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), experience with SAP and Salesforce.com preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment and to deliver on operational levels
  • Precision and attention to details
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge, identify the root cause and suggest a solution
  • Knowledgeable about databases, systems, and the integration of processes
  • Fluent in English - written & verbal
