Color Designer II NA Express Lane

Nike Express Lane enables NIKE to connect more quickly and authentically with our consumer. The Express Lane allows us to shorten the product creation timeline to a few weeks from concept to when a product hits stores. This is a competitive advantage as it allows us create product with flexibility and speed and ultimately better serve our consumer. We are looking for candidates who are flexible, entrepreneurial, and are hyper connected to our consumer. Express Lane is an incubator and catalyst for design and product talent to accelerate.

As our Color Designer II, you'll develop innovative color design options and partner with category cross-functional groups to create premium products and collections from concept to retail presentation. You'll determine the category-specific direction of color and lead color blocking strategies and stories on a seasonal basis. You'll also research and deliver color, design, market and lifestyle trends that impact the product category process from product briefing to sales samples; collaborate with our Materials Designer and Design, Product Marketing and Development teams to focus color solutions for market success; and finalize product details, including the color execution for each product. In addition, you'll review all samples to achieve marketable solutions and maintain color calendar timelines and deadlines in order to ensure the timely completion of each product.
