They navigate the complex geopolitical world with multiple supply chains and diverse ecosystems, while keeping their focus on manufacturing, materials, sustainability and creating quality products. - Team Korea Auto Lab - Job Title: Automation Engineer II - Direct Report to: Automation Director - Work Location: Busan, Korea Responsibilities Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion. Ensure that all project information, deliverables and artifacts are appropriately documented and stored. Escalate project issues as needed to project team and ensure all changes are being applied across all existing and future machines. Develop detailed work plans to identify sequence of activities required to successfully complete projects. Ensure that project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. Establish reporting and communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of projects. Requirements Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of experience in machine development, automation equipment, robotics or manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once Ability to develop presentations to be delivered to technical and non-technical audience Ability to listen and communicate effectively with team members, supporting functions and vendors in efforts to respond to common inquires Good to strong English/Korean communication (written + verbal) capabilities.
