Account Operations Representative

As our Account Operations Representative (AOR) you are part of the WE Commercial team being responsible for the Converse outlet stores` customer operations.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Build a healthy relationship with Direct To Consumer Converse Factory Stores. Focus on the maintenance and improvement of service levels.
  • Ensure supply chain performance is constantly monitored through specific metrics against the agreed SLA and drive actions to improve accordingly.
  • Work closely with other ops functions on supply chain issues, which impact DTC CFS directly.
  • Perform pro-active order management functions
  • Ensure optimal seasonal planning, order management, financial flow, delivery flow, invoice reconciliation and other processes are in place and executed
  • Help support Carrier/3PL Management by having periodic reviews on specific KPI's and drive improvement. Escalate ad hoc issues where necessary to CEVA team and COM.
  • Pro-actively execute special product needs situations related to new store openings and advertising promotions.
  • Develop close working with DTC to know the retail business and provide first point of contact internally and externally for all relevant order management activities.
  • Support COM with goal setting process and tracking of those goals by pro-actively giving feedback on CFS detail level.
  • Proactively decrease customer cancellations during the order management process at any time.
  • Assist business in at once order entry process.
  • Constantly reassess internal processes and give honest and open feedback to stakeholders where the process requires changes or improvement (workflow assessment)
  • Face to face contact with DTC teams to build a solid relationship aimed at creating more effective and efficient processes.

Qualifications
Requirements for this position include:
  • Bachelor degree in Business and/or Logistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Operations role
  • Logistics/Supply Chain Background is a plus
  • Strong service and commercial oriented personality
  • Fluency in English. Both written and spoken
  • Ability to convey a point or an opinion in a professional manner.
  • Lead and influence parties in professional discussions and complex decisions.
  • Leadership skills is a plus.
  • Computer skills: SAP, Outlook, Excel
  • Reporting, analytical skills
