ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quarterly analysis
- Consultative reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Vendor Liaison for clients for all service, billing and eligibility issues with carriers
- Responsible for minutes and follow up with NFP team members and external vendors
- Familiarity with core carrier contracts, polices and differentiators
- Hold team responsible for maintaining outstanding checklists and renewal timelines for assigned clients
- Effective delegation and follow up with senior team members
- Contract review and compliance support
- Ensure Marketing Spreadsheet terms are accurately implemented and documented
- Proactive customer service and HR support
- Communication and Education Support coordinated with account mangers
- Minimal Proficiency in Benefits Administration/coordination with Mary Coblin
- Maintain salesforce files and databases with all client data
- Implementation and compliance support in coordination with Account Manager
- Assist and organize the onboarding process for all new business cases and new business lines on designated accounts
- Limited experienced in Voluntary Benefits, Work Site Products and Enrollment/Eligibility Options for Clients to include Benefits Administration Systems
- Effective negotiation skills with vendors
- Attendance at weekly Health and Welfare meetings, planning sessions and NFP-Sponsored events

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Health and Welfare-Related Industry
- College graduate preferred
- Active Life and Health License
- Active Continuing Education license opportunities
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Advanced Power Point capabilities
- Experience in running claim related statistical reports
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Word
