  • Quarterly analysis
  • Consultative reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Vendor Liaison for clients for all service, billing and eligibility issues with carriers
  • Responsible for minutes and follow up with NFP team members and external vendors
  • Familiarity with core carrier contracts, polices and differentiators
  • Hold team responsible for maintaining outstanding checklists and renewal timelines for assigned clients
  • Effective delegation and follow up with senior team members
  • Contract review and compliance support
  • Ensure Marketing Spreadsheet terms are accurately implemented and documented
  • Proactive customer service and HR support
  • Communication and Education Support coordinated with account mangers
  • Minimal Proficiency in Benefits Administration/coordination with Mary Coblin
  • Maintain salesforce files and databases with all client data
  • Implementation and compliance support in coordination with Account Manager
  • Assist and organize the onboarding process for all new business cases and new business lines on designated accounts
  • Limited experienced in Voluntary Benefits, Work Site Products and Enrollment/Eligibility Options for Clients to include Benefits Administration Systems
  • Effective negotiation skills with vendors
  • Attendance at weekly Health and Welfare meetings, planning sessions and NFP-Sponsored events


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Health and Welfare-Related Industry
  • College graduate preferred
  • Active Life and Health License
  • Active Continuing Education license opportunities


  • Advanced Power Point capabilities
  • Experience in running claim related statistical reports
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Word
