Office / Executive Assistant

Looking for an energetic, OFFICE / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to assist in daily tasks around our busy insurance office. 36 hours a week, will include, but not limited to, basic tasks including:

Making coffee daily.

Sorting mail.

Ordering and organizing all office supplies.

File hardcopies of papers.

Electronically file papers in dropbox.

Binding presentations for upcoming meetings.

Update Staff Meeting minutes.

Daily kitchen cleanup.

Light dusting throughout office.

Research and locate missing commissions.

Relieve the executive of administrative type functions in order to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities.

Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
