Our Warrington office is currently interviewing candidates for a position as a Senior Consultant for Employee Benefits. The successful candidate will join an expert team that partners with clients to manage their employee benefits program.


  • Designing, implementing and managing all aspects of employee benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and voluntary/worksite benefits
  • Analyzing renewal calculations and negotiating with carriers
  • Exploring strategic alternatives and providing strategic guidance
  • Quantifying the financial implications and associated risk of options presented for consideration
  • Preparing and presenting mid-year, renewal and ad hoc reports
  • Leading clients through benefit analyses and other strategic planning processes:
  • Financial, claims and utilization analysis
  • Funding evaluations
  • Contribution modelling
  • Analyzing medical/Rx proposals across the continuum of funding arrangements
  • Analyzing PBM proposals
  • Providing guidance as related to a broad spectrum of regulatory compliance issues
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships at varying levels within an organization
