EPIC Program Manager


Summary: This Program Manager position will support onboarding new offices, deployments and upgrades onto our EPIC platform that supports our P&C business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Successfully deliver projects on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Apply change management processes to project scope, schedule and costs
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Assign project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project impacts
  • Report and escalate to management when appropriate
  • Establish and maintain relationships with NFP teams, Stakeholders and third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand Software Development Life Cycle concepts
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, meticulous and responsible
  • Should have methodical & creative thought processes
  • Requires a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise, leadership, and communications
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills

Preferred Experience:
  • P&C Insurance experience
  • EPIC software is a PLUS
  • Financial industry experience

Education and/or Experience:
  • 10+ years project/program management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
  • PMP certification
