- Trust Accounting
- HCE/Key employee determination
- IRC 410(b) Ratio Percentage Test
- IRC 415 Annual Additions Test
- IRC 416 Top-Heavy Test
- IRC 401(a)(4) Non-discrimination Test
- ADP/ACP Non-discrimination Test
- Supplementary PPA Statements
- Annual Required Participant Notices
- Participant vesting calculation
- Preparation of Form 5500 & all related schedules
- Consulting to optimize plan to meet Plan Sponsor's goals
- Distribution & loan review

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
- Must be knowledgeable of ERISA, IRS and DOL rules & regulations
- Experience completing all required testing including: ADP/ACP, 402(g) limits, 415 limits, 416(c) Top Heavy, 410(b) Coverage, 414(s), New Comparability Cross Testing
- Experience with trust reconciliation and completion of governmental forms (5500 & related schedules, 5330, 8955-SSA), experience working on 5500 plan audits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of colleagues, vendors and clients
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
- QPA or APA designation a plus
