Analyst - Claims Advocacy


  • Advocates for clients by providing claim oversight for all claim exposures and all claim types in P&C and/or PCG and /or Personal Lines
  • Will interact with clients, carriers, third party administrators, producers, AE’s and others to advocate on behalf of our clients
  • Occasionally conduct research on coverage to address claim issues that arise to obtain the best outcome for the client
  • Assist in authoring white papers on topics clients are facing
  • Will assist Sales Team to address client claim issues
  • Assist the Senior Vice President and/or Supervising Claim Advocate in various projects, including development of best practices, teaching and training of claim coordinator, and other adhoc projects.

  • Four year college or university degree
  • 3 - 5 years of claim handling and/or claim oversight experience, multiple line experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proficiency with EPIC preferred

  • Physical Ability: Tasks require the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-10 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
  • Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and differentiate visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.
  • Environmental Factors: Essential functions are regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
