Workforce Strategy & Analytics Analyst

The Strategy & Analytics Analyst will support the workforce reporting function and be expected to provide in depth analysis on employee data and customize reports based on the team's needs.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify, compile and analyze statistical data and other information in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to present complex statistical information into user-friendly/digestible formats
  • Efficiently manipulate large amounts of data in a manner that allows for clean analysis
  • Responsible for running employee data reports in the NFL's HRIS system
  • Prepare presentations highlighting key findings from data analysis
  • Assist in strategic initiatives laid out by the CHRO and SVP of Talent Management
  • Build reports on historical trending

Expected Hours of Work:

  • Temporary, not a full-time position
  • Graduate student candidates will be considered for a part-time work schedule
  • Paid hourly, overtime eligible
  • Not a finite assignment; time period is open-ended
