User Acquisition Finance and Marketing Assistant (Temp)

The User Acquisition Assistant position will be responsible for a variety of accounting and administrative tasks in support of the Digital Media User Acquisition team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide necessary assistance to the User Acquisition Director and team members
  • Open, sort, code and process incoming invoices and wire requests
  • Monitor charges and expenses to ensure accurate budgets and opportunity for cost savings by performing monthly reconciliation with General Ledger, tracking departmental budgets and preparing quarterly accruals with supporting documentation
  • Respond to requests for information via email, phone or in-person
  • Attend meetings to take notes
  • Copy, file and distribute documentation such as statements of work, contracts, creative RFP’s, NDA’s, LOA’s and general correspondence.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, forms and reports using Microsoft applications.
  • Schedule meetings with both internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners
  • Maintain and update creative books for Fantasy Football and Subscription Products portfolio
  • Manage the creative approval process for the User Acquisition team utilizing Sharepoint
  • Fulfill prizing for Fantasy sweepstakes winners, including booking travel, ticket requests, hotel distributions, check requests, gift cards and gift bags
  • Prepare inventory counts of autographed jerseys, footballs, mini-helmets, etc. for our Fantasy Football Ultimate Experience Prizing Leagues

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of standard office principles and procedures
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to be clear, concise, and use correct grammar and punctuation
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (debits, credits, p&l, accruals, reforecasting)
  • Strong telephone & email etiquette
  • Skill in using general office equipment such as Video Conferencing, fax, copiers, etc…
  • Skill in recording and retrieving information
  • Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and among a complex matrix organization
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
