Talent Acquisition Manager

This individual will provide end-to-end talent acquisition support to NFL Digital Media and NFL Network in Culver City, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-service talent acquisition support (sourcing, screening, interviewing) to NFL Digital Media and NFL Network
  • Source, identify and recruit candidates for all full- and part-time positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment trends and identify key talent needs
  • Identify and implement cost effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates
  • Identify traditional and non-traditional recruitment sources
  • Manage the process of selection and placement of qualified candidates. Ensure candidate interview slates are diverse.
  • Build and develop talent pipelines for current and future career opportunities
  • Design and staff a robust internship program
  • Drive brand and employer awareness. Represent the NFL at various external events
  • Establish a digital recruiting presence
  • Recommend, extend, and negotiate offers to candidates
  • Ensure on-boarding process is complete (background checks, offer letters, new hire paperwork, etc.)
  • Partner with Human Resources team to ensure new hires are properly onboarded
  • Ensure ADA and EEO compliance
  • Perform related duties as required
