This individual will provide end-to-end talent acquisition support to NFL Digital Media and NFL Network in Culver City, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-service talent acquisition support (sourcing, screening, interviewing) to NFL Digital Media and NFL Network
- Source, identify and recruit candidates for all full- and part-time positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment trends and identify key talent needs
- Identify and implement cost effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates
- Identify traditional and non-traditional recruitment sources
- Manage the process of selection and placement of qualified candidates. Ensure candidate interview slates are diverse.
- Build and develop talent pipelines for current and future career opportunities
- Design and staff a robust internship program
- Drive brand and employer awareness. Represent the NFL at various external events
- Establish a digital recruiting presence
- Recommend, extend, and negotiate offers to candidates
- Ensure on-boarding process is complete (background checks, offer letters, new hire paperwork, etc.)
- Partner with Human Resources team to ensure new hires are properly onboarded
- Ensure ADA and EEO compliance
- Perform related duties as required
