Part-time Coordinator


Maintain the day-to-day processes and operations to support the Consumer Products Project Rising Licensee and Royalty management system. Responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between RSG, Consumer Products, Legal, Finance, IT departments. Ideally candidate will be available during normal business hours and will be onsite in the NFL offices as needed.


  • Evaluate and enter all deal terms for compliance with Finance, Legal and Operational requirements
  • Review all fully executed contracts and update changes to terms in Consumer Product Licensing System
  • Define needs to support deal making systems
  • Identify business needs and work with manager to implement new enhancements to existing systems
  • Track and review all upgrades to the systems
  • Follow standard operating procedures for the systems
  • Maintan all lists and trees for the systems including user roles and security
  • Troubleshoot all systems issues and work with IT and RSG Support to resolve them
  • Perform status, exception, and data integrity reporting
  • Act as business systems contact with internal partners to address any systems issues
  • Communicate and train internal staff on deal processes and systems
  • Ad Hoc special projects and reporting
