Manager, Sponsorship


  • Responsible for day to day relationship of multiple brands/clients including client, agency and marketing teams
  • Execute all contractual deliverables and activation for clients/brands
  • Customize programs for the clients/brands to then guide their support of the League’s key initiatives and fan development programs
  • Contribute to the incremental dollar growth in the department by upselling the current clients on assets
  • Deliver recap decks and case studies on partner activation
  • Assist Director in client renewals
  • Oversee the creative process with team
  • Manage sponsor activation and hospitality at all NFL events
  • Train and manage subordinates


  • Strong marketer understanding partner categories, business and sports industry
  • Sales and client service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and client service mentality
  • Capacity for creative and innovative thinking
  • Self starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize work
