Football Communications and Marketing TEMP

Football Community Experience & Hospitality:

Assist with the execution of overall experience for the football community (Players, Coaches, Legends, Families, Prospects, etc.) when interacting with the NFL

  • Manage the overall player experience for the NFL Pro Bowl, NFL Combine and NFL Draft in collaboration with the appropriate Football Operations verticals
  • Facilitate and track all necessary vendor payments, contracts, forms, etc.
  • Day to day contact for all partners (e.g. venues, caterers, production company)
  • Create and restore relationships with players by hosting them in the League office to find out about available resources
  • Ensure that all experiences and events strategically align with the overall Football Operations goals and visions
  • Assist with the execution of the Legends and Player Lounges at calendar events
  • Assist with the overall experience for the Legends being honored during pre-game at Super Bowl each year

Department Management:

Manage department logistics for Football Communications and Marketing and ensure that Football Operations needs are being met at all major NFL calendar events

  • Manage the budgets for Football Communications & Marketing run events (vendors, caterers, venues, etc.)
  • Oversee all department communication as it pertains to registration for events, hospitality logistics, hotel reservations and event information
  • Oversee all event staffing requirements for the Football Communications and Marketing department
  • Manage the overall office space requirements for all of Football Operations at major calendar events to ensure a positive team atmosphere is in place
